CANCELLATION, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY – WRIST HUB INDIA

At Wrist Hub India, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


🔹 EXCHANGE POLICY (8 DAYS)

All products are covered under an 8-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.

  • Exchanges are allowed only for:
    • Damaged products
    • Manufacturing defects
    • Wrong item received
  • ❌ No refunds are provided under any condition
  • ❌ No replacement or exchange on FREE products

🔹 DEFECT / DAMAGE CLAIM (VERY IMPORTANT)

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • You must report it within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share:
    • Clear images
    • Proper unboxing video (mandatory)
    • Order ID

👉 Without unboxing video proof, the claim may be rejected.


🔹 RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for exchange:

  • Item must be:
    • Unused and unworn
    • In original packaging
    • With tags intact
  • You must provide:
    • Proof of purchase
    • Unboxing video

🔹 RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return/exchange:

  1. Email us at support@wristhubindia.com
  2. Wait for approval from our team
  3. Once approved:
    • You will receive instructions for return shipment

⚠️ Do not send products without approval — they will not be accepted.


🔹 RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customer may need to bear return shipping charges unless the issue is from our side
  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments without tracking

🔹 CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

🔹 IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Slight color or design variation due to photography is not considered a defect
  • Delay caused by courier partners is not eligible for cancellation or compensation
