At Wrist Hub India, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
🔹 EXCHANGE POLICY (8 DAYS)
All products are covered under an 8-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.
- Exchanges are allowed only for:
- Damaged products
- Manufacturing defects
- Wrong item received
- ❌ No refunds are provided under any condition
- ❌ No replacement or exchange on FREE products
🔹 DEFECT / DAMAGE CLAIM (VERY IMPORTANT)
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- You must report it within 24 hours of delivery
- Share:
- Clear images
- Proper unboxing video (mandatory)
- Order ID

👉 Without unboxing video proof, the claim may be rejected.
🔹 RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for exchange:
- Item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original packaging
- With tags intact
- You must provide:
- Proof of purchase
- Unboxing video
🔹 RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return/exchange:
- Email us at support@wristhubindia.com
- Wait for approval from our team
- Once approved:
- You will receive instructions for return shipment
⚠️ Do not send products without approval — they will not be accepted.
🔹 RETURN SHIPPING
- Customer may need to bear return shipping charges unless the issue is from our side
- We are not responsible for lost return shipments without tracking
🔹 CANCELLATION POLICY
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
🔹 IMPORTANT NOTES
- Slight color or design variation due to photography is not considered a defect
- Delay caused by courier partners is not eligible for cancellation or compensation
